Hi, Jewels! It sounds WONDERFUL! Wish I was there. Although there is no snow here on PEI (most of the last big "dump" has melted away) the wind has been *ferocious* -- blow the hair right off your head, it fair would!

Sounds like you are having a good winter vacation. We have been lucky,, just an itty bitty winter storm last week,, the day we had to go to Halifax to grandchild sit!! All the roads were bare once we got off this crazy island!! It was 10 degrees today and same for tomorrow.
What kind of car did you buy? A VW , BMW , Mercedes , ??

So glad you are both safe and sound in BC. Sounds like a bit of a wintery drive. It is not a ride for the white knuckle driver !
So have a great visit with your family. We are heading to Halifax for a few days to look after our grandchildren while their Mom and Dad go jetting to a Christmas party! We will have fun but lots of work.
